1. C.O.D. OR Net 30 days on approved credit.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd will not accept returns of any product after 30 days from the date of shipment.
4. Credits will not be issued unless the material is returned in the original packaging.
5. Manufacturer’s warranty will apply on material distributed by Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. If product is proven to be defective, Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. will replace the product at Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd.’s expense, but no claim may be allowed for expenses included in installation or use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product that is ordered is appropriate for the purpose to which it is intended; thus, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand the use and limitations of the product ordered.
6. Credit for returned or defective product will be in the form of a store credit only; no cash returns for returned product.
7. Return procedure:

• Customer must show valid receipt/invoice to receive a refund.
• A 20% restocking fee will be levied for return of product.
• A 30% restocking fee will be levied for return of product if shipment is require.
• If product or packaging is damaged or marred, there will be no refund.
• On non-stockable or custom orders, the sale is final and there will be no returns.

8. Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. assumes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for loss of use, revenue, profit, or any other damages related to the use of products purchased from Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd.
9. All Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. products that bear the Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. logo are the trademark and trade name of Mil-Sted Data Products Ltd. All other trade names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
